Start with the passport, not the ticket.

Before booking flights, check your passport's validity. Many destinations require at least six months of validity from your entry date, and airlines may deny boarding if this requirement isn't met.

Also verify that the name matches the ticket exactly and that there are blank pages available for stamps.

Select the correct entry method

Visa requirements vary by travel purpose. Some countries have exemption agreements or special regimes that change periodically. The applicable pathway depends on your nationality, purpose of travel, and intended duration.

Before submitting any request, confirm the information with the relevant embassy or consulate and official Chinese immigration channels.

Always consult the current official regulations: requirements are updated frequently, and information you read a year ago may no longer be valid today.

Documents typically required

Generally, applicants must submit an application form, recent photographs, flight reservations, accommodation details, and documentation regarding the planned activity. Some procedures also require a letter of invitation or proof of financial solvency.

Create digital copies of everything and take them with you on your trip, along with your hotel reservation and insurance if applicable.

On arrival: registration and controls

At check-in, you may be asked for your accommodation address and contact details. Keep these accessible—not just on your phone.

If traveling with medication, bring the prescription and original packaging. If carrying valuables, declare them accordingly.

Our team reviews your document checklist before departure and notifies you of any changes affecting your case.
